in acting, producing, directing and business.
We have identified a market opportunity in the entertainment
industry resulting from the convergence of music and film in
the world's fastest growing consumer entertainment product,
the digital video disc ("DVD"). The percentage of DVD unit
sales have increased in market share for entertainment
content delivery to consumers faster than any format in
entertainment history.
Furthermore, we will also offer our entire movie library for
download to our subscribers and also on an ala carte menu.
The DVD has received overwhelming market acceptance and
response. The film and music industries have utilized the
DVD to enhance the sale of its products. Many music and
movie fans have responded favorably to concert DVD's and
music video DVD's of their favorite artists. It is the vision of
our management team, Actor Nick Mancuso, our Chief
Executive Officer, and our industry consultants to focus on
the DVD format as a means to identify and enable creative
artists to combine their visual and audio talents in a consumer
product that will protect the proprietary nature of the content.
Due to the number of actor worldwide who have faithfully
performed their trade and fulfilled their contractual obligations
to the studios, producers and TV Executives;
Mancuso MartinEntertainment has devised a foolproof way for
these performers to be paid on time and up-front without fear
of being victimized in the Hollywood shuffle.
This new segment of the company was created due to the fact
that Mr. Mancuso who has appeared in over 105 movies, remains unpaid by several distributors, Executives, Networks
and Producers. To date, he is owed upwards of 2 million dollars
by such agencies in fees and royalties.
We have gained numerous commitments from various actors
who have been in essence “ripped off by the system” Our goal
is to also bring in new actors who don’t want to be “screwed
by the system”.
It is our goal and the objective of the company to allow the
other actors and artists a means to utilize Mancuso Martin
Entertainment in order to apply their craft and trade in a safe
environment without fear of not being compensated.
Our mission is to become an independent multimedia enter-tainment company and Agency, combining state-of-the-art
technologies with creative product that meets the growing
demand of today's market.
As the demand for cost-effective entertainment product,
including digitally recorded music, television programming and
film continues to increase, we believe that more of the major
entertainment companies, including radio,
television, cable, film and Internet service providers, will be
turning towards independent entertainment companies and
production facilities to deliver product and programming to
improve their profitability and create market share.
Our production experience, skills and contacts have resulted
in blowing the lid off high priced Hollywood productions.
